Here are some basic requirements to become a Cherub Healthcare member of staff:

Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Eligibility to work in Canada
Has effective verbal and written skills in the English language
Personal Support Worker certificate issued by a recognized and accredited school
First Aid/ CPR/ BSL certification
Vulnerability Sector Police Report
Immunization (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Tuberculosis, Influenza)
Covid-19 vaccinations (at least two vaccinations)
Valid Government Photo Identification (driver’s licence, or passport)
Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
Two (2) References
Resume

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

Eligibility to work in Canada
Has effective verbal and written skills in the English language
Degree/Diploma from an accredited school or college
Holder of current Certificate of Competence for Registered Nurse from the CNO
First Aid/ CPR/ BSL cerificates
Vulnerability Sector Police Report
Immunization (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Tuberculosis, Influenza)
Covid-19 vaccinations (at least two vaccinations)
Valid Government Photo Identification (driver’s licence, or passport)
Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Registered Nurse (RN)

Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
